Mini Projects
Here are given some of the mini proects of different subjects relating to the Civil Engieering. Upon clicking on the blue button inside the section will lead you to your desired projects.
As everything in every field is at high-tech, programming is very important in each field, especially for Civil Engineers. There are many programming softwares from smallest to biggest, easiest to hardest, depended on what you want or for what are you using them. MS office, its hard to envision any civil engineer firm or office today not have MS excel. The spreadsheet is widely used in daily calculation. Here you will learn how to use programming to improve your field.
Serves as backbone for Civil Engineering. Materials are many but most usable is concrete now a day. It is one of the oldest and most usable construction material in modern world due to it low cost, easy availability, long durability and most important its ability to sustain extreme weather conditions. Projects relating this will be shared here.
For a long time. people have studied the world using models such as maps and globes. In the past 35 years or so, it has become possible to put these models inside computers – more sophisticated models into smaller computers every year. These computer models, along with the tools for analyzing them, make up a geographic information system (GIS). Projects relating this will be shared here.
In the second half of 19th century steel was used with its high tensile strength for reinforcing the concrete in tension. The reinforcement is usually round steel bars/rods, with appropriate surface deformation (to provide interlocking) and available in different sizes. This reinforcement is placed in the forms in advance of concrete when completely surrounded by the hardened concrete mass, it forms the integral part of the member. The resulting combination of two materials (concrete and reinforcement) is known as reinforced concrete. Projects relating this will be shared here.
